CasaRasoi (“CasaRasoi,” “we,” or “us”), operated by Taizhou Jiale Kitchen Co., Ltd., manufactures and supplies food-contact cutting boards, kitchen and home storage products, and related OEM, ODM, and private-label manufacturing services for B2B buyers (“Customer”). We produce and ship from our facility in Taizhou, Zhejiang, China, and may engage trusted logistics providers, testing laboratories, packaging partners, and freight forwarders to assist with documentation, packing, or delivery. Customers and any other person who interacts with us as described below are hereafter collectively referred to as “you” and “your.”
You may interact with CasaRasoi and provide us information through our online platforms at casarasoi.com (and all associated subdomains) (collectively the “Website” or the “Platforms”), through contact and quotation forms on /contact/, or by speaking, emailing, texting, or messaging us via WhatsApp or WeChat in support of the products and services we provide to you as a potential or current Customer (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy sets forth our privacy practices regarding the information we gather from you when you visit our Platforms and utilize the Services.
This Privacy Policy aims to give you information on how CasaRasoi collects and processes your personal data through your use of our Platforms and our Services for our own purposes (i.e., where we are the Controller). It is intended to meet duties of transparency under applicable data-protection frameworks, including principles commonly reflected in the GDPR and, where applicable, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China (PIPL). This Privacy Policy does not describe how we process personal data solely on a customer’s instructions as a Processor.
Please be advised that the Services are primarily operated from China. If you access the Services from another region with different personal-data laws, your continued use of the Services means you understand that your data may be transferred to and processed in China. Similar notices appear on peer B2B kitchenware and OEM supplier sites serving international buyers.
This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision. If we make material changes in the way we use your personal data, we may notify you by e-mail to the last address you provided and/or by posting notice on our Website. Changes are effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days after e-mail notice or thirty (30) calendar days after posting on the Website, and immediately for new users after the effective date. Continued use of our Platforms or Services after notice indicates acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy.
What Information Do We Collect?
We may collect, process, and store information about you across platforms and devices when you use our Platforms and Services. If you access the Services from multiple devices or browsers, inquiry details, preferences, activities, and device identifiers may be associated so we can respond consistently to your quotation request, sample request, order, or support request.
If required by law, we will obtain your consent for certain types of data collection. Declining to provide information we need to quote, sample, mold, or export kitchen products may affect service functionality.

- Inquiry history, previous quotes and orders (including product selections, customization constraints, mold or tooling notes, and purchase details) retained to maintain and service your projects.

We do not collect “Special Categories of Personal Data” about you (race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, health, genetic or biometric data), nor information about criminal convictions and offences.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
General Use
We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it as listed below, unless we reasonably need to use it for another compatible purpose. If we need to use it for an unrelated purpose, we will update this Privacy Policy and explain the legal basis.
What is our “legal basis” for processing your Personal Data?
Where GDPR or similar frameworks apply, we commonly rely on:
- Contractual Necessity — to evaluate product requirements, issue quotations, arrange samples or bulk supply, communicate regarding inquiries and orders, and provide support.
- Legitimate Interests — where our interests (and your rights) allow, such as improving Platforms, securing systems, and relevant B2B marketing.

We use your personal information to:
- Facilitate quotation submissions and project communications;
- Identify you as a user within our systems or those of authorized service providers assisting delivery of the Services;
- Verify ownership of an email address or other contact details when you submit an Inquiry;

- Maintain the security and integrity of our Services;
- Provide the Services you request and improve administration of Platforms;
- Respond to inquiries and technical requests about cutting boards, home storage products, food-contact materials, OEM/ODM customization, and export support;
- Protect against fraud and verify identity; and
- Send newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotional materials related to our Services (you may opt out of marketing).
User Testimonials. We may publish testimonials with consent and may identify users by name, company, and city.
Creation of Anonymous Data. We may create anonymous or aggregated records by excluding identifying information, and may use or disclose such anonymous/aggregated information at our discretion to improve quoting, content, and supply planning.
What happens when you do not provide necessary personal data?
Where we need personal data to comply with law, provide Services, or perform a contract, and you fail to provide it, we may not be able to quote, sample, or fulfill a request. We will notify you if we must decline or suspend an inquiry for this reason.
Do We Share Your Information With Any Third Parties?
CasaRasoi does not sell your personal information to third parties. We disclose personal information as described below.

Providers that help us operate Platforms, conduct quality assurance, facilitate communications and technical support, host systems, or assist advertising measurement under contractual confidentiality limits. We do not share un-hashed mobile messaging opt-in data with third parties for unrelated marketing.
- Manufacturing, Packaging & Logistics Partners. Affiliates and providers that assist manufacturing, packing, inspection, warehousing, freight, or customs documentation may receive information needed to fulfill your order.
- Corporate Restructuring. Information may be shared in connection with merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, and transferred as a business asset in insolvency, with successor assuming Privacy Policy obligations.
- Other Disclosures. Where we believe in good faith disclosure is necessary for legal investigation, compliance with law, protecting CasaRasoi or users, or preventing violations of law, this Privacy Policy, or our Service Agreement.
How we keep your Personal Data secure
We use commercially reasonable security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. We maintain procedures for actual or suspected breaches and, where legally required, may notify you. Access is limited to staff with a business need, subject to confidentiality duties. Proprietary CAD/STP models, molds, and retail packaging artwork you share for OEM projects are handled under project confidentiality practices described on our Contact and Custom Solutions pages.
How long we store your Personal Data
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, or longer where required by law (for example accounting or export records). Information used to provide Services is typically retained for the lifetime of your commercial relationship with us.
